This wasn't going to be a photo-realistic drawing intially, but as I got going on his face I started adding shading and then I did the hair and wanted to shade that in too, and then eventually the rest just sort of followed when I realised I couldn't go back to having it just be a line drawing. But I think this is better, and I plan on using it in my portfolio to apply for art school!
This is also the first official drawing in my new sketchbook, since I finished my other one a week or so ago, and I got this new one for Christmas.

I used 2B and 6B pencils, as well as a blending stump to draw this, and I used this photo as my reference:
